Our mission
NeoKaam exists to help anyone with too much to do stay organized, without the weight of heavy project-management software. We believe getting work done should feel light — a clear list of what matters today, who's doing it, and what comes next. No sprawling dashboards, no endless configuration.
What we build
NeoKaam is an AI task manager for one person, a team or a whole company. Say what needs doing, drop in a spreadsheet or record a meeting, and its AI writes the tasks, with the person you name and the date you say, for you to check before anything is saved. It brings tasks, projects, assignments, and reminders together in one place across web and mobile, so everyone knows what to focus on. Features like My Day planning, recurring tasks, project sections, and gentle nudges keep momentum going without adding friction.
The Team plan covers up to 30 members, and the Unlimited plan has no member limit. Enterprises can contact us for custom pricing and seats.
